A discount on every product, and shelf tags to print
On a weekly offer, give each product its own offer price, percentage or amount off; the till works it out from the shelf price at the moment of sale. Print shelf tags on A4 with the old price struck through, the offer price, the saving and the end date, 2 or 3 across, in red, yellow or green. A tag designer lets you lay out your own, with Arabic names, barcodes and your logo, group pieces to move them as one and lock them so nothing shifts by accident, with smart guides that snap each piece into line with the others and with the edges and middle of the tag, and a tag never shows a price the till won't charge. Save several tag templates, such as a Ramadan tag, print each tag several times for multiple facings, set one discount for a whole list of products, and print an A4 price list for an offer or a whole campaign. Tag colours stay readable automatically, and one-click styles, from Classic red to Premium gold and gradient backgrounds, recolour a whole tag while keeping your layout, including festive styles for Ramadan and Eid, Eid al-Adha, Onam, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, National Day and Black Friday.

A cleaner, faster workspace
Every record page now opens with its key figures and status at a glance. Start a sales order from a quotation, and the currency is set for you from the customer. Drag a file in or paste it, and preview what you filed without downloading it. A setup bar on each dashboard shows what is left to set up, internal notes never print on the customer's PDF, and saving stays fast however long your history grows.

Safer sign-in, and more on your phone
Approve a web sign-in from the ILX Suite app by tapping the number shown on screen. The owner can suspend and reactivate an account, which signs it out everywhere while its records stay. On the phone, open a project with all its figures, start a new one, see who is overdue and send a payment reminder.

VAT on what you buy, done right
Every expense and bill line says how its VAT is treated: reclaimed, blocked into the cost, zero-rated, exempt, out of scope, or reverse-charged for a supplier abroad, with the self-assessment posted and shown on the return. Record costs paid from the owner's or an employee's pocket and repay them later, re-charge expenses to a customer at cost, and record "no receipt" with a reason. Delivery apps that bill from abroad are reverse-charged too.

Take Talabat, Noon and Keeta orders straight into your POS
Orders from Talabat, Noon Food, Smiles, Keeta, Careem, Deliveroo or your own website land on a live board that chimes. Accept with a preparation time and the order is rung up at the app's prices and sent to the kitchen; mark it ready and handed to the rider, and the app is told each step. Each app's money waits in its own clearing account, and entering its payout statement books the commission as a bill with reclaimable VAT. An Online orders report shows which app earns you the most, the commission each one keeps, and how quickly the kitchen answers and cooks. At rush hour, add time to new orders or pause an app; print a bag slip for each order; and VAT stays right on app-funded discounts, delivery fees and cash on delivery.

Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and more currencies
Keep your books in Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar or Omani rial, with all three decimal places on prices, VAT, totals, journals, invoices, exports and till receipts, and amounts in words in fils or baisa. VAT follows the country: Bahrain 10%, Oman 5%, Kuwait none. At the counter, cash can round to 5, 10 or 25 fils. With Multi-currency on, set a rate for each currency and invoice, bill or pay in dirhams, rupees, dinars, rials, US dollars, euros or pounds: the books convert to your own currency automatically, and a currency without a rate is never offered. Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani payroll runs to the fil, from salaries to gratuity.

Ready for UAE e-invoicing
When you choose your Accredited Service Provider, switch it on and connect by file export or API. Invoices and credit notes for business and government customers are produced in the UAE PINT AE format with the right VAT category on every line. A "Before sending" checklist catches missing details, each invoice shows whether it was sent, delivered and reported to the FTA, and failed sends retry by themselves. E-invoices you receive are listed too, and a pictured tutorial walks you through it in English and Arabic.

Manpower hours on every project, and an export on every list
Attendance and overtime record which project each day was worked on, with hours. Each project shows its manpower by employee, trade or day, with an estimated labour cost, and "Invoice these hours" bills the customer at your hourly rate, never twice. Vacations can be planned, approved and returned, and leave salary is paid from them. The employee profile PDF lets you choose its sections, with a salary certificate preset. Every list now exports to Excel and PDF, following your filters, and every multi-page PDF shows "Page X of Y".

Zero-rated and exempt customers
Set a customer to Standard, Zero-rated or Exempt, with the reason and certificate number. Their quotations, orders and invoices are charged 0% automatically, each line is labelled, and the tax invoice prints "Zero-rated supply" with the reason. A single line can still carry VAT on purpose. The VAT return and audit split sales into standard-rated, zero-rated and exempt boxes. The till prices these customers at 0% VAT too, and the receipt shows why, with the certificate reference.

Leave salary, and an employee's whole record in one PDF
Pay leave salary before a vacation, with its own slip: the next payroll takes those days out of the salary automatically and pays back any days worked after all, so leave is never paid twice. Download an employee's whole record as one PDF: details, documents with expiry status, salary, gratuity and leave workings, vacations, pay history, overtime, advances and attendance. Every payroll table now exports to Excel and PDF.

Retention and progress claims for construction
Hold back 5% (or your rate) of each project invoice until hand-over: the tax invoice keeps its full total and VAT, and the held amount is never shown as overdue until you release it. Bill by % complete to date, variations included: the claim PDF shows the contract, gross completed, previously claimed, this claim, retention and the amount due now. Retention works the other way too: hold back part of each subcontractor's bill until their work is handed over. A Retentions report shows everything held, both ways, with PDF and Excel export.

Every dirham accounted for at the counter
Card refunds go back through the card machine. Drawer cash in and out records where it came from or went, and any shortage at close posts to its own account. Returns put goods back in stock (or keep damaged ones out), a double-pressed refund can't pay twice, and a card charge with no sale is flagged until a supervisor clears it. Card takings can wait in a clearing account until the card company pays out, and a till can print a full tax invoice with the customer's name and TRN. Customers can now also pay by bank transfer at the till, and a Price check button shows any item's price today and stock without adding it to the sale. Each counter can also switch promotions and loyalty points off, for a staff canteen or wholesale desk. Add your own ways to pay, such as Tabby, Talabat, a wallet or Apple Pay: each becomes a button at the till, posts where you choose in the books and refunds the same way. Emailed receipts now carry your logo and brand colour, and every POS list and report prints or exports to Excel. Shifts print X and Z reports, an end-of-day Z adds up every counter, a supervisor can approve a sale over a credit limit, and the till installs as its own app in Chrome or Edge.
